This is what we eat for breakfast most mornings...I love it because we make it the night before, then in the morning I can just take it out of the fridge. All you do is take some porridge oats, put them in a little container and cover with apple juice, then toss some fruit in - we like blueberries. (Strawberries are really good in it too). In the morning I squeeze some honey into it, and it's done. Yummy.

nice! so do the oats soften up in the apple juice? no cooking? i've got to do this.
Yep, they are lovely & soft without any cooking. Perfect when it's an early morning!!
